Join us for Part II of our four-part series exploring and activating around pay inequity. In Part I, we addressed how to achieve pay equity on an individual level. In Part II, we will engage in an intersectional and inclusive pay equity discussion unpacking the narratives and dynamics impacting women across races, ethnicities, gender identities and orientations, social or other statuses. This event will also explore the power of and problems faced by Employee Resource Groups, or affinity groups, and employer accountability. Looking at Illinois’ No Pay History mandate, the discussion will also take a look at inclusive legislating and the potential unanticipated disparate impacts on women of color laws can have.
This event will take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 6 p.m. at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, located at 25 East Pearson Street in Chicago.
Illinois attorneys, this event has been approved for 1.50 Professional Responsibility – Diversity and Inclusion Credit Hours!
Light refreshments will be served.
